The Jetsons Family Car

I decided to model the Jetsons flying car while focusing on staying as true as possible to the original Hanna-Barbera style, but with a slight twist. I wanted to incorporate the typical 60's American style vehicle which has a lot of hard, sharp and soft shapes. I also find the taillights to be very appealing and wanted to include it in the overall design of my model.
There wasn't a lot of reference on the interior of the car and it also changes throughout the seasons, so I looked at elements from the cartoon and included it in my own interpretation of how the interior could look and function. You might even notice an easter egg on the control panel ;)
